I'd Cry If You Died 2/10/2006 10:40:54 PM alanismyuser Posts: 19 This is really such a sad song, and can throw anybody into a rather sentimental mood. It's not the typical stuff you'd expect from DEVO. The only thing that comes to mind to match it is Post-Modern Man. The imagry for it is really strong, in spite of the lyrics. It's very clear that Mark started out singing this like anything else, with his silly quavering, but it kinda mellows out, though maintains his quality. But it's smooth, and you can tell that he's really passionate towards the end.
